No, RAM memory is not expandable in ZED Series because in ZED Series devices RAM memory is mounted on PCB and it is not detachable.

ZED Series devices comes with pre-installed Windows 10 OS, and when you are turning ‘ON’ your device at the very first time connect the device with internet or Wi-Fi, it will automatically activate your Windows.

- Locate the “Internet Access” option on right hand bottom side of your screen. This could be an image of an airplane Mode or a wireless signal.

"Power light is ON" means power cord and adapter is normally working but device fails to boot due to disfunction of other major components.

Keep the I Life Laptop for charging for 30Mins.

Please remove all portable external devices, such as USB, memory card, internet cable, HDMI, etc.

"Power light is OFF" means no power supplied by adapter or major components might be abnormally working and fails to boot

Please check whether connector of adapter is loose or not.

Please check the same at different charging point /s .

Instruction of adapter

Please use I LIFE original adapter for your laptop to avoid compatibility issue.

Try not to place the adapter on floor while in use. Wheel of office chair also easily damages the cable and leads to short circuit or loose contact for cable.

Do not use different adapters as plug in different sizes of connector might cause damage.

Even though the size of DC Jack is the same, please ensure the spec of adapter is the same.

Check whether the status of speaker is "mute"

Click the "volume" icon at the right bottom corner of desktop toolbar

Check if its "mute". Below image (left) mute; (right) normal

Test by raising the volume .

- Process to Uninstall programs on windows 10: -

  1. Open the Settings app (using the Windows Key + I shortcut if you like).
  2. Select Apps.
  3. On the Apps & Features tab, you’ll see a list of all your installed programs. Click one, then select Uninstall to remove it.
  4. Follow the steps for that particular app’s uninstaller and reboot your computer if prompted.

Space issue: - Customer can cleanup space through below procedure for better performance: -

  • Remove temporary files: - Windows + R -> type “temp” -> Delete all the files with Shift + Delete and Windows + R -> type “%temp%” -> Delete all the files with Shift + Delete
  • Remove prefetch files: - Windows + R -> type “prefetch” -> Delete all the files with Shift + Delete
  • Start button -> This PC -> right click on Windows (C:) -> Properties -> Disk Cleanup -> Delete Files
  • Start button -> Click on settings -> System -> Storage -> Change how we free up space -> Clean now

Go to Settings -> About phone/tablet -> Tap on System updates - > Tap Check now to look for system updates.

A Memory Expansion, you can store and play media files stored in the SD card via card slot with the device. Also you can transfer the application in to SD card so that more system memory is available and device will work much faster .

Go to -> Settings ->Storage ->  Press “Unmount SD card". After the phone finishing unmounting process, press "Mount SD card". You'll find that the apps appear again in the Menu.
